  1. Stand and walk tall and slim
  2. Always make sure your back is fully supported when sitting
  3. Use your whole body when bending and make sure that your hips and knees due the heavy part of lifting, keeping your back comfortably still and the weight close to your body.
  4. Make sure your mattress is firm; if your back troubles you at night, even try putting boards between the mattress and the bed base.
